Founded by lawyers, with first-hand experience of being candidates in the sector, we aim to improve the experience of lawyers moving jobs.

The legal sector is stereotypically complex and multifaceted with candidates requiring a unique set of skills for any one legal role. It is for this reason that our consultants are legally qualified; having formerly worked within the legal industry themselves. This gives us first-hand knowledge at finding the best fit between candidate, role and company.

We don’t act for clients that have conflicting interests or strategies. Lawyers deal carefully with conflicts daily, and so do we. This is why we only recruit lawyers in-house, not into law firms. We are not bound by non-compete clauses and can freely target the best lawyers in the market, whether they are in a law firm or the wider market.
